File & script restrictions on Option 1 package

The Option 1 package is designed as a very low cost, high quality, web hosting package for the average website. As a result, to maintain service performance, you're not allowed to do any of the things listed below. If you'd like to do any these, you'll need to pick a different package.

1) Offer, host or store downloads of any kind, meaning any content that isn't a web page, image, flash or document of some kind. These include, but are not limited to, .exe, .zip, .avi, .mp3, .mov, .avi, .mp3, .mpeg, .mpg, .wav, .rm, .ram, .rmx, .asf, .wmf, .wmv, .wmp, and .wma.

2) Publish or run any script or item of content that causes server performance to decrease for other users. This might include resource intensive CGI or PHP files, busy forums or an extremely highly requested item of content.
