Onsite Service
This service can be booked in either whole days (eight hours) or half days (four hours). The frequency of the visits is decided by you. This can be anywhere from a weekly schedule, monthly or even every six months. You decide what your company needs.
You maintain control of your hardware, software and consumable needs, we provide the IT professional. Whilst we are on site, ALL support work is part of the fixed price; there are no hidden charges, no hidden extras. It's just like having your own IT department.
Service includes
- Solving your users daily IT problems
- Ensuring that your system has up-to-date antivirus protection
- Making sure that the relevant security patches are installed
- Testing backups to make sure that the data is viable
- Tidying file systems and making sure users keep the system orderly
- Repair / upgrade or installing hardware
- Ensuring that you are fully utilising your IT hardware
- Offering advice on future IT developments
- Answering your IT questions
We also can offer an hourly rate for ad-hoc work, based on availability. Any work carried out during unsociable hours, will carry a surcharge in addition to our hourly rate.
